We opened The Firefly because we wanted to create something meaningful.

What started with selling sourdough bread to a local grocery became a little café on the square — a place for good coffee, fresh bread, breakfast, lunch, and a reason to slow down for a while.

Everything we can make ourselves, we do. Real ingredients, house-made syrups, sourdough breads and pastries, seasonal food, and a lot of care in the details.

Sourdough pastries, biscuits, cookies, hand pies, cinnamon rolls, fresh sourdough loaves and bagels.

🍳 Breakfast

Breakfast sandwiches, lox toast, and more made fresh.

🥪 Lunch

Specialty sandwiches on fresh bread, seasonal salads, and whatever we're cooking up that day.

We choose organic, non-GMO flour, skip the seed oils and artificial preservatives, source locally whenever possible, and use quality meats and real, whole ingredients.
